摘要(Abstract)：

[目的/意义]探究新质生产力驱动下档案资源开发与利用，旨在优化并提升档案资源服务的质量与水平，以适应并满足社会发展的多元化需求。[方法/过程]从新质生产力6个本质特征入手，构建“动能-要素-结构-支撑”模型，系统剖析新质生产力驱动下档案资源开发与利用的实现路径。[结果/结论]研究结果表明，在技术创新与社会需求的动能驱动下，以技术革新、服务模式创新、共建共享机制及人才培养为核心要素，通过优化资源配置结构与数据治理能力建设，有利于提升档案资源的高效开发与利用水平。同时，隐私保护、数据安全保障与政策支持作为支撑体系，确保了档案资源开发与利用的安全性与可持续性。研究成果对提升档案资源利用效能及促进知识传承亦有参考价值。
