[目的/意义] 数字人文研究范式的兴起，对拥有海量特藏的研究型图书馆构成了全新战略挑战。本文旨在探讨具备特定资源与职能的图书馆应如何决策并推动面向数字研究的战略性基础设施转型，以期为我国同类机构的系统性转型提供参考。[方法/过程] 以瑞典国家图书馆KBLab实验室为典型案例，采用网站调研与案例分析法，系统解析其实践动因、功能定位与服务模式，归纳其实现转型的战略路径。[结果/结论] 研究发现，KBLab通过三大战略路径实现了从传统“资源收藏者”向现代“开放研究基础设施提供者”的功能重塑：一是将馆藏重塑为战略性AI数据资源；二是开展基于公共利益的AI公共产品开发；三是构建协同创新生态网络。基于此，本文提出对我国同类图书馆的四点战略启示：坚持战略定位先行；启动示范性GLAM实验室以探索协同机制；着力培育“AI+领域”复合型人才；积极倡导开放治理并参与标准规范构建。本研究为中国研究型图书馆在数字学术时代的转型提供了可借鉴的战略框架与实施路径。
