[目的/意义] 民办图书馆作为公共文化服务体系的有益补充，是推进乡村阅读推广工作的重要力量。探究其参与乡村阅读推广的有效路径，对于完善乡村文化服务体系、助力乡村文化振兴具有重要的理论与现实意义。[方法/过程] 文章以内黄县微光书苑为主要研究对象，采用网络调研和实地调查相结合的方法，系统梳理并深入剖析其在阅读资源建设、阅读推广主体、阅读活动体系、阅读引导策略、服务边界拓展等方面的实践经验。[结果/结论] 研究发现，微光书苑通过坚持“零门槛”公益借阅、创新“合作店+家庭阅读点”服务网络、实施“阅读+奖励”引导机制以及开展多元化文化活动，形成了独具特色的“微光模式”，在改善乡村教育生态、激发乡村经济活力、缩小城乡文化隔阂等方面取得了显著成效。针对当前存在的社会协同机制尚未完善、运营管理团队支撑薄弱、活动辐射范围与影响力有限等现有局限，文章提出应从建立多元主体协同的资源整合机制、强化“阅读推广人”队伍建设、深化服务内涵与品牌创新、健全阅读激励与质效评估机制、探索可持续多元发展模式等五个方面，优化民办图书馆参与乡村阅读推广的路径。
