摘要(Abstract)：

[目的/意义]阅读作为获取知识，开拓视野的重要渠道，不仅体现了个体精神内涵，更是一个国家文化软实力的体现。为引导大学生深入阅读并提升其阅读效率，越来越多的高校图书馆在推广共同阅读活动。[方法/过程]本文采用半结构化访谈法深度访谈了广西TS大学的图书馆员和学生，利用NVIVO 14对访谈资料进行编码分析。[结果/结论]从编码结果发现广西TS大学共读活动存在形式与主体单一、缺乏完善的评估机制、缺乏经费支持、领导重视不足等问题与难点，并对此提出若干优化策略：关注个体需求，优化参与体验；优化活动形式与主体 提升吸引力和深度；参与激励与群体拓展，扩大覆盖范围；完善评估机制，形成动态反馈机制；拓宽经费来源。
