摘要(Abstract)：

[目的/意义]生成式AI在图书馆知识服务中的应用具有较大前景和优势，有利于智慧图书馆提供更加高效智能的服务。应把握生成式AI发展机遇，推动新一代数智技术赋能图书馆知识服务创新发展。[方法/过程]对生成式AI的内涵及技术特征、生成式AI赋能图书馆知识服务的场景、应用于知识服务的挑战进行探讨，并在此基础上提出生成式AI视域下图书馆知识服务的智慧化发展策略。[结果/结论]图书馆应正确并充分利用生成式AI带来的宝贵机遇，从建立融入用户场景的知识服务范式、构建安全可信合规的中文语料库、加快不同知识机构资源整合协同机制、推动人才体系建设和图情学科转型、因馆制宜推进生成式AI融合发展路径等多维度入手加快推进图书馆知识服务的智慧化转型。
